Donna James owner of Girl Friday has been a huge blessing for us. We live about 4 hours away and there have been times when we needed help! Donna almost always answers her phone or will return your call very quickly. I have called in a panic because renters have trouble with a key to more important issues such as a broken refrigerator. We had a renter where everything went wrong! I think every appliance broke while they were staying in our home. But Donna never lost a beat; she had a replacement for the refrigerator delivered to the house in less than an hour and half! She also has repair people that can fix practically anything! Our dishwasher stopped along with the washing machine and Donna’s repair guy was able to repair the washing machine and put in a new dish washer for us.

I find myself so grateful to have a person I can trust completely. Our home looks wonderful and we can count on her. From housekeeping, carpet cleaning to saving the day! Girl Friday is much more than a cleaning service. I feel so lucky to have found her. I don’t know what we would have done without her!!!  I can’t say enough about the great service, wonderful work, and a feeling that it’s a lot more personal. I know I can count on her.

We live in San Diego, CA and have vacation-rented our home in Bend for over 6 years.  It’s not easy handling cleaning and maintenance from 1000 miles away but when Donna and crew took over about 2 years ago it was like a big weight had been lifted off of us. Not only does her team clean our house well, but she suggests when we need to buy new supplies, have our windows washed and other recommendations that make our house more livable and rent -able.
